Fleurology Designs is a floral, event design, coordination and full service planning company in Grand Rapids, Michigan established in 2016. We offer customized wedding and event services to the wildly romantic and modern-obsessed. Our goal is to fit our clients needs while practicing sustainability and sourcing our products locally. Along with our home state couples, we often assist clients from across the country in planning their weddings or corporate events here in Michigan. Our services extend to clients who travel out of state and around the world! We love to create magic for all of our clients, whether it’s weddings, corporate or small business events, dinner parties, floral or botanical workshops or non- profit galas, Fleurology makes our clients' dreams a reality.

Wedding Floral and Event Design

PEtit Fleur

Petit Fleur is a great package for couples on a budget. With this package, couples can pick pre-prepared packages broken down into personal flowers, ceremony, and reception. You have the option of picking up your products the day before or the day of, or we offer delivery and set-up services. Tear down services are also available.

Fleurology Lux is a higher priced tier with more options. We provide customized questionnaire forms for all of our clients, but we work with you to pick specially paired decor and florals for a premium tablescape. Full on site delivery, set-up, and teardown.

Hire us to place all your decor in addition to florals. We will place all of your linens, table numbers, china, napkins, party favors, escort cards, and any additional rental items. This option is great for people who need a little extra help with the little things that make your event space beautiful.

Day of Coordination

-Create separate timelines for Vendors, Wedding Party, and Family for the wedding day.

-Organize all delivery, installations, and tear down schedules for the wedding day.

-Assist with the floor plan and table assignments.

-Conduct your ceremony rehearsal the day before your wedding.

-Organize reception tables and chairs the day before the event.

-Managing the event timeline day of to the best of our ability

-Making sure all items are set and in place for event (linens, signage, escort cards, candles, decor and florals). 

-Provide referrals for any last-minute vendor bookings and complications that may arise.

-Helping clients load and/or deliver wedding gifts and cards to their vehicle or hotel room.





Basic Responsibilities of a day of Coordinator:

-Special referral code for Minted.com for client’s use.

-Providing special champagne flutes and napkins for the couple on their wedding day.

Step one: inquiry

Once you submit your inquiry, you'll receive a questionnaire through Honeybook. We know it make be daunting at first with so many questions, but that helps us to customize your proposal!

You'll also receive a link to Calendly to schedule your free consultation with our owner, Alyssa! 

Step TWO: questionnaire

OUR PROCESS

During your free consultation (either in person or virtually), we will go over your questionnaire and begin finalizing your customized proposal with multiple prices and options that work according to your budget. 

At the end of the consultation, we will email you your completed proposal for your review. 

Step Three: Consultation

OUR PROCESS

Once you are ready, you will be able to sign your customized proposal and officially become a Fleurology couple!

Through Honeybook, you can pre-set payments and communicate with us anytime you have questions.

Step four: customized proposal

OUR PROCESS

We will touch base with you 1-3 months prior to your event (unless you have hired us for coordination or planning, in which case you will hear from us much more!) to finalize the details of your floral order. 

Step five: finishing touches

OUR PROCESS

One month before your event, you will finalize our delivery time(s) and location(s).

Lastly, we will be there with you on your big day to deliver and install your florals so your event will look as beautiful as your imagined it!
